SessionInitiator handler at duplicate Location (/Login) will not be processed for application (default) - default IDP function not working since SP upgrade from v2 to v3

There are a few cases where we leverage the default IDP functionality of the SP.
                It worked fine until I upgraded the SP recently from v2 to v3.

Now, it errors when a user attempts to use it.

When I look in the shibd_warn.log file, I see the following message:

SessionInitiator handler at duplicate Location (/Login) will not be processed for application (default)

I’ve scoured all of the xml files in /etc/shibboleth for /Login and the only one that I find is in the shibboleth2.xml file.

I’ve upgraded other SPs and this functionality still works without error then.   The shibboleth2.xml files look almost identical except for host name.

Can someone help me debug this?    My production SP is having the issue so I’d like to get it resolved ASAP.
