IdP is out of date and unsupported, Java version is EOL, and Tomcat version is all but EOL. Two of the three are explicitly unsupported by the project. Just being honest here, but I don't even look at that sort of issue on-list anymore. If you're not current, I just skim and largely ignore.

If you really want to know what it's doing, you need a profiler attached telling you what it's spending all the time doing. But I think that's a large waste of time when you're ten versions back on a dead Java version.
