Downloading files from a shib managed locaiton

Below are some of the log snippets.  Note that, after the SALM2/POST , I
can get to my first page just fine ( /downloads).  that exe file (
webdrive64_18_00_5057_rcic.exe ) is in that 'downloads' folder.  But, i get
a 500 HTTP.
