Downloading files from a shib managed locaiton

The SP isn't really involved with what happens once authorization
passes, so yes. Look in httpd's error log for more info on the HTTP
500.

Does the SP work outside of that case? E.g. using
/Shibboleth.sso/Login?return=/Shibboleth.sso/Session
