Yes.

To my knowledge, the one big problem is binary attributes, there's no equivalent right now to the JNDI property for designating that. This affects mostly people who are doing a very ill-advised thing, using AD GUIDs. They aren't stable across AD migrations as I understand it, so I would say anything that makes them harder to use would be a good thing at this point.
