Can you run multiple instances of Shibboleth for SP?

Hi,

I have two separate sites (SPs) which use two different IDP's.  Is it
possible to have one instance of Shibboleth to control two different
SP/IDP's?  Or to have two instances of Shibboleth running at the same
time?

I don't want to spin up another linux server so I want to run both
sites as virtual hosts on the same Apache instance.
Site 1 will use IDP1
Site 2 will use IDP2

They are completely separate sites and user bases.

I have Shibboleth running fine for Site 1.  Is it possible to either
install a second instance of Shibboleth or have Shibboleth cover two
completely different SP/IDP setups?

I have searched through the docs and I can't find this specific use case.
