Terms of Use

In v3.3.3+: it is possible to set a unique 'terms of use' per service?

I think that was what I read in link below. Typically I would test to
validate, prior to asking on forum, it's one of those weeks where many
tasks are being asked by multiple stakeholders, and there is only 0.5 total
of us.
