Reminder regarding Java > 8

Seeing some (other) people finally being bitten by this, I've made it more prominent on some of the pages, but it bears repeating:

It's a serious bug that's more or less impossible to ignore without it taking the system down under any kind of load, so using Java 11 requires using the UnboundID libraries in most cases. For now staying on Java 8 is an option but that won't be a long term solution.
