MFA reuseCondition custom flow

Ok I think my observations were incorrect.  I've modified my testing apps so I think everyone can disregard this email.

Subject: MFA reuseCondition custom flow

Can anyone point me to the flow mechanism by which a flow passes or fails the 'reuseCondition' flag for the MFA flow?

From my testing, it seems that the password flow, when set as the first subflow, will properly pass through the MFA flow on followup logins, but my custom flow always challenges the user.

I'm almost certain that when I created the custom flow I didn't add code that allows it to properly be checked for reuseCondition by the MFA flow.
