has anybody set up Shib auth for Form I-9 Compliance?

Has anybody on the list set up their Shibboleth IdP to work with the SP for Form I-9 Compliance (formi9.com) ? They have information on setting up ADFS authentication and are open to us utilizing Shibboleth, but they don’t have any docs on it. It should work since they’re just looking for SAML, but I’ve not created a metadata file from scratch before. Translating some of the ADFS setup stuff to Shib is also fairly new to me.
