How do i get eduPersonTargetedID to be the same as the persistent NameID ?

Thanks to Peter for his help and comments, which of course I agree with
and advise you to follow, which will hopefully resolve your issue.

The guides on our website^, we have examples there for the ePTID going
for attribute resolver, we currently advise leaving name-id.* alone.

^ IdP guide was updated last year, but changes in the past few months
mean another update is in progress.
