"Rejecting replayed message ID" for iOS Native Application when using webview element

Okay, but it doesn't help resolve the issue as to why a webview element on an
iOS Native Application would cause the SAML process to be duplicated? 

Is there anything I can do within my Shibboleth environment that could
identify this and handle it in some way, perhaps by redirecting the user to
a particular URL? 

I guess as I'm writing this comment I'm leaning towards that the fix needs
to be added to the client's side as it seems to be an issue outside of
Shibboleth. Thanks for your help so far.
