DynamicHTTPMetadataProvider and encoding entityID

Hi,
Not sure if that's expected  but it looks like IdP doesn't fully url-encodes entityID (skips encoding '=') and some servers do not allow such character in uri.
Is it possible to configure idp to hash (sha1) entityid?
