No active session(s) found matching LogoutRequest

Hi all,

I see the following in the process log file after shibb receives a LogoutRequest from my SP. I have tried all possible options but I still continue to receive this

IDP Process Log

I would appreciate it if someone could hint to me why I am getting this error message from the IDP.
