Unknown or Unusable Identity Provider

I want to propose shibboleth to my company as our SSO, but I wasnt able to
have a working demo yet.



I installed Idp(v3.4.4), SP(v3.0.4.1), apacheDS(v2) and used netsh to be
able to have both the Idp and SP run in the same machine 



my Idp has no errors in the logs and it returns the user from the ldap.



when I try to use the SP it has no errors also but when I try to go to the
login page it says that my Identity Provider is unknown or unusable and
gives this error:



opensaml::saml2md::MetadataException: Unable to locate metadata for identity
provider(with the right EntityID).



Both have each other metadata, and in the "shibd.log" it says:



2019-07-16 16:50:13 INFO OpenSAML.MetadataProvider.XML : loaded XML resource
(C:/opt/shibboleth-sp/etc/shibboleth/idp-metadata.xml)

So its beeing loaded but the cache folder is empty.
