There are no plans to do anything like this. The new subsystem for defining the name mapping rules is outside the resolver itself, but it's still part of the IdP's configuration.

You are also inflating the scope of the problem here. I have barely a handful of non-standard attribute mappings, and if you exclude Microsoft's invented nonsense, even fewer.
