common LDAP schemas to draw attribute definitions from

One of the problems we've had in using URLs is that the URLs are snapshots
in time, of sorts.
We had chosen a URL pattern to follow, and it broke after our organization
changed name, updated it's web presence, and the system used for storing
our documentation.

Now I'm stuck with URLs that point to an organization that no longer
exists. I've recently asked that appropriate redirect be put in place such
that our attribute name URLs resolve to our documentation again, but in
that regard the urn:oid assignments feel like they may be more
organizationally stable. I don't know. I spoke to members of my team
yesterday, and I've got a new URL to use for attribute naming. And, I
found another schema that had some attributes I was looking for
(naturalPerson - rfc2985)

I'll probably be discussing the SCHAC and naturalPerson schemas internally,
with some effort to more publicly document the attributes in umichPerson.
Regardless of whether we use urn:oid or URLs for attribute names, I'd like
them to tie back findable documentation for those so interested.
