Can you run multiple instances of Shibboleth for SP?

Use the SSO element and pass in the entityID of the IdP you want to use for AppA or AppB on the query string or as an Apache directive.

requireSessionWith is used in concert with:

> https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SP3/SessionInitiator

and preferably not used at all unless you have to, which I don't believe you do.
