Attribute not in HTTP header

Thanks for the reply. I modified attribute-map.xml Attribute id and it
worked.

    <Attribute name="SHIB_SESSION_IDENTIFIER"
id="HTTP_SHIB_SESSION_IDENTIFIER"/>
    <Attribute name="SHIB_USER_IDENTIFIER" id="HTTP_SHIB_USER_IDENTIFIER"/>
    <Attribute name="SHIB_ACS_INDEX" id="HTTP_SHIB_ACS_INDEX"/>

Here are the test page values:
ALL_HTTP: HTTP_SHIB_ACS_INDEX:1 HTTP_SHIB_SESSION_IDENTIFIER:default
HTTP_SHIB_USER_IDENTIFIER:388284 

ALL_RAW: SHIB-ACS-INDEX: 1 SHIB-SESSION-IDENTIFIER: default
SHIB-USER-IDENTIFIER: 388284
