Broken Shibboleth 3.4.3.0 64-bit

Windows Server 2012 R2

java version "1.8.0_191" (Oracle JDK)

Checkbox Jetty

This is the short version with long one available if needed:

Upgraded from working 3.4.1.0 to 3.4.3.0 on test IdP and got the following
with IdP startup:

2019-01-11 14:52:12,841 - - INFO
[net.shibboleth.idp.log.LogbackLoggingService:240] - Shibboleth IdP Version
3.4.1

(no version bump, although Control Panel shows 3.4.3.0)

2019-01-11 14:52:29,763 - - ERROR
[org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoader:350] - Context
initialization failed

org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating
bean with name 'shibboleth.SAMLSubjectCanonicalizationFlows': Cannot
resolve reference to bean 'c14n/LegacyPrincipalConnector' while setting
bean property 'sourceList' with key [0]; nested exception is
org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating
bean with name 'c14n/LegacyPrincipalConnector' defined in file [C:\Program
Files (x86)\Shibboleth\IdP\system\conf\subject-c14n-system.xml]: No
matching factory method found: factory method
'c14LegacyPrincipalConnectorFactory(ActivationCondition)'. Check that a
method with the specified name and arguments exists and that it is static.

On a dev IdP going from working 3.4.1.0 to 3.4.2.1, after getting the above
error, I removed <ref bean="c14n/LegacyPrincipalConnector" from
subject-c14n.xml and the above error disappeared to be replaced by the
following:

2019-01-11 10:02:35,955 - - ERROR
[org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoader:350] - Context
initialization failed

org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating
bean with name 'proxyValidator' defined in file [C:\Program Files
(x86)\Shibboleth\IdP\system\conf\cas-protocol-system.xml]: Could not
resolve matching constructor (hint: specify index/type/name arguments for
simple parameters to avoid type ambiguities)

Any ideas on what the problem might be would be appreciated (taking a
timeout to learn enough Java to track down the rather explicit errors would
be impractical).

Thanks.
