apache 2.2 and apache 2.4 and shib

doing this after the 2.4 module build to build the 2.2 module under the same
prefix.

env PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/OPT2/shibboleth-sp/lib/pkgconfig ./configure
--with-boost=/OPT2/software/shibboleth/boost_1_68_0 --enable-apache-22
--with-apxs22=/OPT2/apache2.2/bin/apxs --prefix=/OPT2/shibboleth-sp 
make clean
make -j 4
make install


trying to check if this works.
