ExternalConfigurationOverride

In Italy we have a federation of IdP, that implement a general set of rule
issued by the italian public company AGID (Italian Agency for Digital)
Every ServiceProvider and every IdentityProvider must implement the set of
rules of AGID, to use the SPID (the digital identity for italian public
services)

Its odd but i can refuse to do that.

With log4j there's a way to enable the DEBUG level to debug the process
that handle the loading of ExternalApplicationOverride?
In the log i can only see:
INFO Shibboleth.Config : adding external ApplicationOverride search path:
/opt/shibboleth-sp/overrides
but nothing more...

Thanks for your help
