Hi Scott,
i've a requirement that in every AuthnRequest i need to specify the Issuer
tag with the value of the SP entityID, like that

<saml:Issuer
        Format="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:entity"
        NameQualifier="https://sptest2.argosoft.eu">https://sptest2.argosoft.eu</saml:Issuer>

I haven't found a way to do that with the ApplicationDefaults settings.
