Issue setting up Shibboleth on RedHat server running apache. /secure is resolving, but /Shibboleth.sso is not

I'm trying to get Shibboleth set up on a RedHat server running apache. Currently, /secure correctly forwards the user to the Shibboleth login page, but the login fails because nothing under /Shibboleth.sso is resolving correctly (I'm getting a "not found" error). ?Does anyone know what might be causing this? I'm not getting any error messages to work from, and the warning log is empty.

I've attached the shibd startup log and shib.conf from /etc/httpd/conf.d. Let me know if you need shibboleth2.xml and if there's anything in there I should sanitize before I attach it.

Thanks!
