WARN [DEPRECATED:118] - Spring bean 'c14n/LegacyPrincipalConnector'

In retrospect (and I only know this because I'm doing some redesign work in this exact area), we shouldn't have added a warning on this bean. The bean itself is something we have to remediate somehow as part of removing the feature, but the feature itself is just the PrincipalConnectors. As long as there aren't any, there's no reason to warn about it until the point comes to remove the bean as a cleanup step.

I never imagined how complex the deprecation warnings would turn out to be.
