WARN [DEPRECATED:118] - Spring bean 'c14n/LegacyPrincipalConnector'

Hi all,

Currently about to upgrade from IdP v3.3.3 to v3.4.3 (RHEL 7) and am in the process of cleaning up the DEPRECATED warnings before pushing out.

2019-01-11 09:44:43,208 -  - WARN [DEPRECATED:118] - Spring bean 'c14n/LegacyPrincipalConnector', (c14n/subject-c14n.xml): This will be removed in the next major version of this software; replacement is <remove>

Is it safe to remove ./shibboleth-idp/conf/c14n/subject-c14n.xml or wait until the v4 upgrade

I notice it is include in the conf directories for the v3.4.x release so if removed will it just get re-added on next minor upgrade?
