I can't prove 100% that they're wrong in this instance because it's possible that they're not actually consuming them at all, and we pre-load users now. But I believe it was populating those fields during initial testing before we preloaded them. And if not, then there are still definitely other areas where the docs are wrong, making the whole thing suspect.
