Yes, sorry - I misread the activation condition and was suggesting that the CAS properties were set on the wrong relying party.

The wiki is describing how to enable it in the most generic sense, that doesn't change how the core configuration works. You control what relying parties to enable any profiles in the same manner, whether that's via defaulting/globally or more specifically.
