override mdui:DisplayName in federation metadata?

I'm thinking of doing this for one of our federated partners. They put their whole CIO buzzword filled marketing paragraph in the MDUI description field, which makes no sense.  They don't seem to understand that this is the description that the end users (aka students and faculty) see, not the VP area executives who purchased the software!

That's kinda what I was thinking, although originally I was going to
check the existing service name rather than the entity id. Using the
entity id seems less fragile, thanks for the example.
