configuring shibboleth on AWS using ELB

hi,

if you terminate your TLS on the ALB then you can send through to http/80
and not do any apache redirect - just all on 80, reconfigure shib to not
have https/secure cookie stuff ,  if you're
ALB is not terminating, then sure, forward on https/443 and dont need
apache redirect (it'll never be hit on http/80) and do normal https/secure
cookie dance.
