This is almost certainly coming from a script.  I'd check  all of them for the use of requestContext.

The idea is that you must fix it in 3.4 and that there will (usually) be a replacement available.  We are (currently) making a commitment that a configuration which loads without warnings in V3.4 will load cleanly in V4 and we are trying to make it easy to remove the warnings in 3.4 rather than deal with a bricked system after upgrade.
