how to request single factor auth and nor dual/DUO for xfinity on campus

Hey Folks,

Somehow when I login to Xfinity On Campus my DUO login is being triggered.
Normally I have to purposefully config for DUO but in this case I didn't. I just want single factor auth.

What can I set in relying-party.xml for this entityID to force single factor?

I've never seen this with our other client SPs.
Feels like the xfinity metadata is "tickling" something odd in our local setup and falling into the DUO path. Even if I found it I'd be hesitant to change it system wide hence the preference to override in relying-party.xml just for xfinity (https://xoc.sp.comcast.com).
