Edit wiki, unitedid IdP auth fails due to missing OTP

I managed to do it once or twice with Google Authenticator and then just
gave up or I'd be editing the Wiki way more. We still need to get a Signet
IdP set up. I feel like UnitedID was a little over-engineered.
