Edit wiki, unitedid IdP auth fails due to missing OTP

I'd like to edit the wiki. I'm not a member of federation but I do have 
a unitedid.org account which I should be able to log in under. However 
when I select unitedid from the IdP list I'm directed to 
https://idp.unitedid.org/idp/Authn/MultiFactor. The problem is the 
unitedid login page is requesting an OTP (makes sense the IdP URL says 
MultiFactor) however I cannot find any doc whatsoever on setting up the 
OTP. Multifactor at unitedid seems to be an addition after I obtained my 
unitedid account.

How do I set up the OTP for unitedid?

Is there a non multi-factor unitedid selection available for the wiki login?

Any other way to edit the wiki if you're not a federation member?
