Right. We've populated them for all our IDPs, but especially where a
(manual) web search at registration time for the mdui:DisplayName
revealed other domains in popular use (as long as they could be
verified using the same methods we employ for checking entityIDs or
Scopes), e.g. example.ac.at also using example-uni.at.
