In the University use case it's usually exactly one IdP. I was
questioning the use of localdynamic metadata at the SP, not the IdP. So
the question is still: why support multiple IdPs but not support
discovery? The only use case I see is what Nate wrote: SAMLtest (type
the entityID), or O365-like discovery based on e-mail domains.
