I did some initial smoke testing on Debian 10 when it first came out. That was mainly with our internal unit tests rather than the IdP, though, and the Debian-supplied JDK rather than Corretto. The main issue I ran into was the entropy exhaustion one described here:

Unfortunately, the machine I was doing smoke testing on failed pretty badly at that point and the new hardware has only just arrived. That means it will still be a couple of days before I can get to the point of reproducing your issue.

I'd definitely like to do that, though, so I suggest you make a JIRA case for this and give as much of a step-by-step on your issue as possible: what commands you used to install Corretto and the IdP, in particular including a list of the environmental variables that are set. Looking at the scripts, maybe something weird has changed in bash.
