Shib-IdP MFA with Duo - issue

Hi,
I'm just trying to test MFA with Duo on shib-idp v3.4.4

Unfortunately I'm getting exception about invalid integration key. However values for duo.properties  are correct as I use them on other web app and everything is fine.

So not sure now if it's a bug or something missing.
