Please help: quick query supporting multiple SP with single hosting of single IDP server

Hi,

One quick query here:
Are we supporting multiple SP with single hosting of single IDP server?

Actually as I share my use case in a separate email:
We have no of different customers (say separate organization).
Here: One customer = one/or more application = one/or more SP (Please correct me here if my understanding is wrong).

So in that case we will need separate hosting for each customer (Am I right ?... Please confirm. Or is there a way available in product to handle this scenario with single IDP hosting)
