Problem while installing Shibboleth IDP in windows

Are you running the job as an "administrator" of the machine you are installing on?
Open a Command Prompt (Admin) and run  
 yourfilename.msi /lx log.txt

Hi,

Windows version is 10.
Attached is the error I am it is showing. It was in final stage almost while installing, but suddenly rolled back. 
I tried to find some error/logs but no luck.

I have downloaded the latest version from:
 
https://shibboleth.net/downloads/identity-provider/latest/ shibboleth-identity-provider-3.4.4-x64.msi 
 
But it is not installing on to windows machine and showing below error while installing.
 
Please help.
