Test Accounts (Per -- Local/Internal IdP Login Account)

We do this at the IdP with an intercept. Any account that is not classified as a "University Member" gets an "Access Denied" message and is blocked completely from SSO.

That's right. At the moment I don't connect to any SP that doesn't at 
least check for "member at ...".
