That is not "minimal", not even close. You would need to learn a lot of IdP internals, custom flow development, scripting, Java, Spring, and wire up a custom flow for the OTP, orchestrated by the IdP's MFA login flow to control the sequence of processing, much as it does with password and Duo as the more typical example.

It's not overly hard, but only from the perspective of somebody like me. I have no ability, or more to the point any time (for free anyway), to impart any of that beyond what's already documented. That's the kind of support consortium members get, within reason.
