I have Cherwell configured, I think cloud. I wouldn't imagine it's any different. It's quite a beast with that thick client, though the actual SAML mechanics are nothing unusual.

I really don't have the time offlist, but there's nothing about that should require any unusual set up and while I haven't documented it formally I can scan what I have for a summary if necessary. The admin setup is a thick client with the SSO settings inside there, but even that part supports SAML once it's set up via embedded browser.
