Shibboleth 3 and CAS integration

I'll take a look at that plugin. Thank you.

We might eventually migrate all the CAS to shibboleth but that is a big
undertaken that we are not ready for yet. So I will take a look at the
plug-in.

Bradley, thank you for the example configuration. I'm glad to hear of a
secondary way to implement this if I can't figure out the plugin.
