Shibboleth using JAAS for user authentication error messages

In the idp.properties file, idp.home is not set anywhere.  Idp.home is used as a variable to set other parameters in the file but there isn't anything setting the value of idp.home.

The idp.properties file is currently at the default from the Windows installation.  I have not modified this file.

Why JAAS?

What's the value of your idp.home parameter (set in conf/idp.properties by default)?
