Banner workflow Shibboleth v3 saml

I've heard lots of sites reporting problems with that flow. And yes, 
when we asked Ellucian for help they also told us to run Ethos Identity 
service.

We're using IDP V3, so we turned on CAS support, and are using that with 
Banner. Ellucian is much more familiar with CAS, and the CAS approach 
turned out to be much less trouble prone.
