Ron,
Your install command is trying to pull from the default pre-configured yum
repos rather than installing the locally rebuilt RPM's. Try localinstall
with your RPM's instead as in the example shown on the page or using a
Linux distribution that already has prebuilt RPM's in a repository you can
add to /etc/yum.repos.d/.
