How to overwrite the AssertionConsumerURL in SAML2 request

Thanks for your reply.
I saw there was a new SP. But we are moving from a DEV system to a QA system
so we took the same version from that one.

Nevertheless it seems like I want to make Shibboleth believe it is
constructing the SAML Request as if it was running on the server with name =
Load Balancer (public facing).

And as you write it seems like ServerName directive is doing the trick on
Apache - I just can't find the proper way for IIS 10.0.
