What is the URL for Shibboleth IDP V3 delegates the authentication to CAS

I am currently using CAS 5.2.0. I am new to shibboleth. I have followed the
following steps to delegate the shibboleth Idp authentication to CAS:

    downloaded and installed Shibboleth idp V3 along with getty.
    downloaded the shibboleth IdP external authenication plugin and followed
the instruction given in the read me
    did the necessary casProtocalConfigration by following the shibboleth
IdP V3 documentation. 

This is the https://localhost:8443/idp/status

Now, I have tired this url from the cas documentation but It only leads me
to the metadata.xml of the shibboleth idp.

https://sso.example.org/cas/login?service=<authentication-plugin-url>&entityId=<relying-party-entity-id>

 I was wondering how can I make shibboleth redirecting to CAS? what url
should I use so that shibboleth redirects me to CAS
