I'm Rhino but I do have tests for Nashorn and Rhino and had tried both.

That's wacky, but I wonder if the trigger is both inline *and* Nashorn.

I'm in the middle of a bunch of code cleanup, can you file a bug please? I'll add a warning to the doc page in the meantime. Glad it's not unworkaroundable for now.
